As the majority owner of Texas Sports Network (TSN), Hayden transformed a high school sports coverage project into the fastest-growing independent sports media brand in Texas. What started with student section highlights in 2022 quickly scaled to include credentialed coverage of the College Football Playoff, Super Bowl, SEC/Big Ten/Big 12 Media Days, Final Four, MLS Championships, and more.
Through his leadership, TSN secured an official content partnership with The Sporting News, where its editorial content is nationally featured while social content remains exclusive to TSN’s platforms. Hayden leads the network’s expansion strategy, oversees content operations, and manages a statewide team of contributors and interns.
Outside of TSN, Hayden serves as Head of Content at SEC Unfiltered, where he guides editorial strategy for one of the most active SEC fan communities online. His bylines also include contributions to USA TODAY Sports Media Group, Athlon Sports, and FanSided. Hayden is widely respected for his instinct for timely, compelling coverage and his ability to grow platforms organically while maintaining journalistic integrity.
A proud student at The University of Texas at Austin, Hayden is majoring in Corporate Communication at the Moody College of Communication, with a business foundations certificate. He is a Board Member for Texas Student Media, where he helps shape student-run outlets across print, digital, and radio.
Hayden’s professional interests extend into strategic communications, sponsorship activation, NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness), and sports law. He has served as a consultant to universities, youth leagues, and nonprofits, including the Houston Youth Hockey Group, where he previously served as president and helped secure over $100,000 in program support.
From the sidelines to the press box, Hayden brings a relentless work ethic, a deep understanding of sports culture, and a commitment to empowering the next generation of sports media talent. His career goal is to bridge the worlds of media, law, and athletics to create lasting impact—both behind the scenes and on the field.
John Orona is a passionate sports enthusiast with years of leadership experience across various organizations. A proud native Texan, John was born and raised in the Lone Star State. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University and is continuing his education at Texas A&M University. With a background in covering sports at every level—from high school to the professional. John brings both expertise and dedication to every project he takes on.
Holden Musick is a core member of the Texas Sports Network (TSN) creative team and one of the most recognizable voices on the platform. His journey with TSN began in a unique way—recruited straight from the sidelines at Texas City High School, where he was known for his energy and presence in the student section. Hayden Victoria spotted Holden’s natural charisma and potential, bringing him on board as one of the network’s first on-air personalities.
Since then, Holden has played a pivotal role in shaping TSN’s content style and voice. Whether behind the mic or in front of the camera, he brings an unmatched energy, humor, and instinct for storytelling that has helped drive TSN’s rapid growth and loyal following across platforms.
Currently studying broadcasting, Holden continues to refine his craft while contributing to TSN’s live coverage, video production, and social media engagement. His passion for sports, combined with his creative edge and on-air presence, makes him an essential part of TSN’s mission to bring Texas sports to life like never before.
