UTSA begins season with a sweep against St. Mary’s (TX)

UTSA displayed dominance in doubles, securing a decisive 3-0 sweep across all teams, with notable performances from Senior Aleksandra Zlatarova, Sophomore Fatima Gutierrez, and Vittoria Baccino.

Singles matches followed suit, with Magda Tuells, Ekua Youri, and Fatima Gutierrez maintaining UTSA's winning streak. Zlatarova faced a competitive match, securing victory with a 6-2 & 6-4 score. Baccino navigated extra sets, clinching a 7-6 first set and a 6-4 final set.
